Reporting: Following the comprehensive checking process, the status of all fire fighting equipment will be officially reported to the concerned authorities.

Once a fire extinguisher is installed, regular checking is mandatory, and it must be refilled before its expiry date to avoid dangerous risks.

We provide expert refilling services for virtually all types of fire extinguishers, including:

• Portable Stored Pressure Type
• Cartridge Type
• Automatic Modular Type
• Trolley Type

1. Empty & Clean: The extinguisher is first emptied and thoroughly cleaned.
2. Spare Testing: We test the valve assembly and other essential internal spares.
3. Fresh Refill: The appropriate fresh agent is filled into the cylinder.
4. Pressure & Testing: The unit is pressured to 15 bar and then water tested to check for any body leakage.
5. Spares Replacement: Any damaged internal or external spares are replaced.

These corrective services are offered separately from your routine Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). They are performed as needed, based on:

• Findings from inspections

Fire Licenses are a legal requirement, with the process for both issuing and renewal governed by the State Governments.

• In Tamil Nadu, a Fire License is mandatory for various types of businesses specifically mentioned in the Tamil Nadu Fire Service Rules.
• This is a requirement in addition to installing standard fire safety products and systems.

We offer support to help you obtain a Fire License from the Government of Tamil Nadu. This service is provided provided only if all the mandatory requirements are fulfilled according to the relevant fire safety norms.

The process is completed after an inspection by the concerned Government Authorities.
